性命雙修的理論

性命�修的理�

 

「性」即是吾人之��，

「命」即是吾人之生�。

因�性命二者不可分�，所以要�修。

性是神是心，命是�是息。

因此心息相依，神�合一就是性命�修。

何以要�修呢?如果我�用�子�比喻可能比�容易�解。概�本有光，因�埋而光�;光不��，因�破而光消，�之光明譬如「性」，�之��譬如「命」，所以要「性命�修」。
(这个理论我不懂，但是拉筋术倒是蛮好的。—— 西府）
