When a person is disliking themselves intensely or figuratively
Kicking themselves around the block for something they have done or
Think they have done, a self acceptance affirmation may help change
Their thinking. "I completely accept myself as I am, without
Judgment."
Once you clear the negativity you can see that all of life is a
Lesson. You made a choice and now you are learning from that choice.
It may be an easy lesson or a difficult lesson...but as long as you
Are learning, you are growing and becoming stronger.
Accepting yourself is a short cut to good health. Here's to your
